R. Scott Simon is part of a team of executives attempting to turn around Hawaii’s telephone company. He joined the utility about two years ago after working for almost four years with another local utility, Hawaiian Electric Co. He was an associate attorney with Watanabe Ing Kawashima & Komeiji before that.
